Dear Friends,
Our Lady of Lourdes Church is a parish of the Diocese of Scranton and is named after Mary, the Mother of God, who appeared to Saint Bernadette in Lourdes, France in the mid-nineteenth century.

It is important for us to remember that a parish is more than its buildings: a parish is people.  Many individuals and families make us a parish.  We form the Church in a miniature as we become aware of ourselves as one family under God.

Here at Our Lady of Lourdes, we worship the Father through Jesus Christ, united in the Holy Spirit.  In Word and Sacrament, we encounter the Risen Lord alive and active in our lives.
